Product recommendation
Healds are an important component used in textile machinery, used to transfer yarns in shuttle or jet, rapier, and projectile shuttle looms. There are small holes (heald eyes) in the middle for the warp yarns to pass through. Each heald controls a warp yarn. When weaving, it drives the warp yarns to facilitate the introduction of weft yarns.
1. Types: According to the shape and purpose, healds can be divided into C-type, J-type and O-type, with different specifications of single row and double row respectively.
2. Material: The material of healds is carbon steel, spring steel and stainless steel. The healds on automatic heald drawing machines are generally made of 420J stainless steel, and ordinary healds are made of 201, 301 and other materials.
3. Application: Healds are widely used in various textile machinery, including automatic heald drawing machines, jet looms, jacquard machines, Mueller machines and dobby machines.
