Yongxusheng Electromechanical Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. began to develop the YXS-A automatic warp drawing machine in 2014. The drawing-in speed can reach up to 140 yarns/min, and the warp yarn can be drawn into the drop wires, healds and reeds at one time. The machine is exactly the same as Staubli's Delta110 and is promoted to cotton spinning mills.
As we all know, in the textile industry, the warp yarns must be threaded through the healds and reeds after sizing, and then the warp drop pieces must be hung up before they can be woven on the machine.
