Automatic drawing-in systems are the right choice for producing fabrics made from a warp sheet with one or two warp yarn layers. Typical applications are blouses or shirting fabrics with complex color patterns, outerwear fabrics for women and men made from the finest worsted wool as well as home textiles such as upholstery fabrics or tablecloths, and even technical textiles such as protective clothing and screen printing fabrics. The quality of these end products is enhanced by the high drawing-in quality of the drawing-in machine.

The system consists of a stationary drawing-in machine and one or usually two mobile drawing-in cars, which draw the yarn into the reed, drop wires and healds with up to 20 heald frames – fully automatically and in full cycle. During the drawing-in process, the machine control takes care of the transport of the mobile drawing-in car. The end product is a warp sheet with fully drawn-in warp beams, drop wires and reed.
