The principle of the automatic threading and yarn separation module is to change the original yarn separation by the yarn picking needle to the air nozzle to suck the yarn


Recently, our factory has upgraded the core module in our automatic threading equipment from the original separation gripper to the current yarn suction nozzle method. The original separation gripper needs to frequently change the yarn picking needle model according to the thickness of the yarn. The initial stage upgrade to the yarn suction/suction nozzle can better adapt to the yarn count range. The industrial vision system replaces the original tension sensor to judge single and double yarns, which is more accurate. It is more efficient and the speed has been increased from the original 160 rpm to 180 rpm. It can more conveniently improve production efficiency, and the mechanical drive is changed to motor drive, which is faster and more stable.


Our factory has recently made following important upgrades to the core modules of the automatic threading equipment:


  • The gripper is upgraded to the yarn suction nozzle: the original separation gripper needs to frequently change the yarn picking needle according to the thickness of the yarn. Now it is changed to the yarn suction nozzle, which can better adapt to different yarn count ranges without frequent adjustments.


  • Vision system replaces tension sensor: Industrial vision system is used to judge single and double yarns, which can provide more accurate judgment results compared with the original tension sensor.


  • Speed improvement: The operating speed of the equipment is increased from 160 rpm to 180 rpm, and the efficiency is significantly improved.


  • Motor drive: The mechanical drive system is upgraded to motor drive, which brings faster speed and more stable performance.


  • These improvements will significantly improve production efficiency and the overall performance of the equipment.
