Our automatic warp drawing machines are all modularly designed, with a yarn drawing speed of up to 165 yarns/minute. Based on the standard model, users can choose the configuration they need according to their needs. The O-type heald frame can reach up to 16 pages, and the J-type and C-type heald frames can reach up to 20 pages. This model has an electronic double warp detection device, which can detect double yarns without twisting and automatically stop the machine, reducing the situation of warp yarns being inserted into the wrong reed, and improving the quality of the cloth and production efficiency.

Warp stop module

The warp stopper is provided by the warp stopper library, and the warp stopper separator separates them in turn, and the rotating head cylinder gripper brings them to the warp drawing position. After the yarn is inserted, the warp stopper is ejected by the distributor and arranged on the warp stopper rod.

Reed module

It is used to transport the reed, and the reed holder can stabilize the reed. When threading the reed, the reed frame moves on the track, and the monitoring device checks whether its movement is the correct position for the reed knife to insert the reed teeth. If it is correct, the reed knife is inserted, and the reed teeth are opened to a certain width to allow the sword hook and the yarn to pass smoothly.

Warp module

The yarn is separated by the yarn separation component and then sent to the sword hook. After passing through the dropper, heald eye and reed, the yarn is discharged from the sword hook and then sucked by the yarn suction device. The yarn separation sensor detects whether the yarn has been correctly inserted.

Heald module

The machine takes the heald from the heald library, separates it by the heald separation knife, and sends it to the conveyor belt. After the heald passes through the heald eye at the correct position, it will be discharged to the heald frame or heald strip by the heald arrangement device, and the heald frame and heald strip are fixed on the frame.
