1、 Maintenance and keeep of heald frame
(1) The heald frame should be handled with care to avoid collision.
(2) The heald frame should be cleaned regularly to remove any floral debris on it.
(3) After disassembling the side frame and installing the sheet, the side frame should be installed properly, and the screws must be tightened to ensure that the side frame is securely assembled.
(4) The storage of the heald frame should be dry, clean, and strictly prohibited from coming into contact with oil stains.
(5) Regularly inspect the heald frame and supporting accessories for looseness, deformation, shortage, and exceeding the wear limit, and make additions and repairs.
(6) Wearing poles are often coated with car wax or floor wax to increase lubrication and rust prevention.
2、 Management of heald Frame
2.1 Incoming inspection
The Heald frame entering the factory should be inspected by random inspection or piece by piece inspection, according to the following items: (The ambient temperature for inspection is 20-25 ℃)
(1) Is the heald frame combination firm?
(2)Are the dimensions of the frame and main components correct?
(3) Use the diagonal method to check if the four corners of the frame are right angles.
(4) Place the heald frame on a horizontal inspection board and check the flatness of the heald frame.
(5) Check whether the surface of the heald frame is flat, smooth, and free from defects such as burrs and cracks.
2.2 Turnover management
(1) Heald frame storage, counting quantity, distinguishing specifications, and stacking.
(2) The storage of the Heald frame should be resistant to deformation, moisture, and rust.
(3) Regularly inspect, identify issues, and promptly address them.
(4) Make clear regulations on the service life and wear and tear period, carry out maintenance and scrapping according to the regulations, and develop and implement turnover supporting recycling system.
