Development of domestic warp drawing machines

2024-06-26

Yongxusheng Electromechanical Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. began to develop the YXS-A automatic warp drawing machine in 2014. The drawing-in speed can reach up to 140 yarns/min, and the warp yarn can be drawn into the drop wires, healds and reeds at one time. The machine is exactly the same as Staubli's Delta110 and is promoted to cotton spinning mills.

The automatic warp drawing machine is a high-tech product that integrates computer program control, optical imaging technology, pneumatic technology, stepper and servo motor drive control technology, and optical fiber communication technology. The disadvantage is that there are many vulnerable parts, especially chemical fiber raw materials. Many parts in contact with the yarn are easy to wear and have a short service life, so the maintenance requirements and costs are high, and the durability of the parts needs to be improved.

Due to the complexity and variability of the weaving process, the control application software of the warp drawing machine is also constantly improving according to different needs. Now, more and more factories use ERP enterprise management systems, so it is necessary to network process data and warp drawing machine output statistics. The warp drawing machine must have an internal network sharing function for these data to greatly reduce the intermediate management labor and meet the requirements of modern and efficient production management. At present, compressed air is the largest source of energy consumption for warp drawing machines, mainly manifested in the compressed air pressure requirement of more than 6 bar, while the general air jet weaving workshop only requires 4 bar, and the water jet or arrow shaft weaving factory is equipped with a compressed air station for the warp drawing machine. Therefore, the subsequent technical update should be the development of motor drive instead of pneumatic unit, which can achieve better energy-saving effects, and the speed, stability and service life of the motor drive are much better than those of the cylinder, which can reduce maintenance costs.
