Cleaning and maintenance

1. After work every day, use a clean air gun or cloth to remove dust and fiber impurities from the machine body, especially the warp guide wheel and the warp drawing mechanism.

2. Regularly check and clean the yarn inlet and outlet areas of the machine to ensure that there are no yarn residues or other debris.

Lubrication

1. According to the machine manual, regularly lubricate moving parts such as bearings, gears, etc. It is usually recommended to lubricate once a week to ensure smooth operation of mechanical parts.

2. Use the specified lubricating oil or grease, and avoid excessive addition to avoid dust accumulation or affect the performance of the machine.

Inspection and adjustment

1. Check the tension setting of the warp drawing mechanism every day to ensure uniform warp tension and avoid warp drawing problems caused by uneven tension.

2. Regularly check the alignment of the warp drawing wheel and adjust the angle and position of the wheel to ensure the accuracy and stability of the warp drawing process.
